Dear Aspirant,

First of all congratulations to you for your amazing performance. Usually, the mess fee and the hostel fees are separated. But that varies from college to college. In my opinion you should ask this doubt at the admin office or their must be some helpline number. Your fees has been reduced pretty much that's great but personally I feel hostel fees is separate.
