Hi Mallikarjun,

Congratulations on your GATE Score. Based on the cut off published by IIT Madras for GATE 2019, you are eligible for M.Tech in IITs as well as NITs

However, each IIT and NIT will have their own cutoffs. You can get better insight on this through the link I am attaching below,

The top three IITs for M.Tech would be-

1. IIT Madras

2. IIT Bombay

3. IIT Kharagpur
