The cutoff for admission in government medical colleges through state counseling in Rajasthan ranges 560-90+ NEET score under your category. However the cutoff changes every year depending upon factors like total number of applicants, total number of seats available, the difficulty level of the paper. And this year, the cut offs are expected to increase by 10-15 marks from last year's. Though your score is good, but chances of getting a government college for medical course is bit difficult. Well, you have good chances of getting a government dental college. But for medical, nothing can be predicted. If you want to go for private medical colleges, then you have good options.

The cut off trends tend to change every year and same can be expected for this year as well. However, for your given score, you have a good chance to get into a good college.
