I am sorry to say that your rank is low to get the CS or electronics branch. To get CS or EE /EC up to final round you should have at least  2000 rank or less.

But with this rank, you may get branches such as civil, biotech or mechanical upto final round you can get those branches so if you want then you can look up to these branches.
