• Darbhanga Medical College, Laheriasarai- 533
• Govt Medical College, Betiah - 534
• Indira Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Patna- 536
• VIMS, Nalanda - 534

However the cutoff for admission changes every year and there is hardly a difference of 8-10 marks in your NEET score and last year's cutoff for admission in govt Medical Colleges of the above mentioned colleges, so you will have to wait until the cutoffs by respective colleges is out. Mostly, you'll get a seat under state counseling.
