Since you have mentioned that you completed your 12th right from Delhi, I am assuming that you have a domicile of Delhi through which you can apply though State Quota.
First of all, accept my heartiest congratulations for securing such a wonderful marks of 636 in NEET 2019. Its truly wonderful.
Coming to your question, with 636 in your hand you stand at a 50-50 position in order to secure a seat in MAMC.
If we tally the last year's cutoff, we see that MAMC closed down it's shutters for the Delhi domicile candidates at a marks of 605.
Considering your score, you are well above that, but then again, we know that

1. 2019 paper was a bit easier.
2. Number of Examinees too shot up.

These factors may raise the cutoff of MAMC a bit higher putting your seat at a stake.
