I have got 64 percentile in JEE Mains and am of ST category can I get admissions into NIT,GFIT,IIIT.

Chances are a bit low to get admission in any of the NITs or IIITs or GFTIs based on your jee mains percentile score and category.If your percentile would be near to 85 then you might have chances of getting admission in some of them.
