As this time, there will be two JEE mains exams, candidates are still not told if they're qualified or not. However, according the experts people with 85 percentile and above have very high chances to get selected.

So, if you're from General category only, your chances to qualify are less which means you won't be able to to get into IIITs.

No with this percentile you cannot get any IIITs college.To clear Jee main more than 85 percentile is require as per our expert.
To get into premier institution like NIT, IIITs require more than 90 percentile if you are applying home state quota also.

Your percentile score is a bit low and it might be quite difficult for you to get admission. If you belong to any category, then with your category ranking, you might get admission into IIITs, however, it's best that you attempt the exam in April and try to improve your score.
