It is really difficult to say that whether you are elligible or not for advance exam because percentile score is given through which we can't predict your real score.Your percentile score is according to your session.Total 8 session in which exam held , session is counted with day and shift for an example:-Session 1 can be count as day 1 and shift1.

Your percentile indicate that 67% candidate (that appears in your exam day and your shift )score equal or below your raw score.

NTA adopted percentile policy because mains paper of all session is same ,toughness level of paper is not same.Ensuring that candidate neither get benifted nor disadvantaged  due to difficulty level of examination.

Kindly wait till you get your raw score.

You can ask if you have any queries.

GOOD LUCK!
