According to your there is a less chance but don't panic. Go for all round of counselling.

There is a common form for B.A. (Hons) and B.A. programs and there will be a common merit for them.

Allotment will be done strictly on the basis of merit, choice and availability at the time of counselling.

The minimum eligibility criteria for BA Economics Honours from Lucknow University is to pass 12th from a recognized board with minimum 60 percent,for scheduled castes and scheduled tribes it is 55 percent. Hence,you are eligible by taking it into account.
