To be eligible for admission to NITs, IITs, IIITs or GFTIs, you should have a minimum of 75% in board exam or you should be in top 20 percentile of your board.
Cutoff marks for top 20 percentile of MP board is given in the link below:

Hi ! Well, leave the expectation of nit because to get into nit , you must have a Percentile between 96-100. Unless and until you have this percentile then it is not possible. It is for general category. Well, for government college you need to be remain patience because you may have to wait and may even get after 3rd or 4th round.
