i have got 74% in 12th boards cbse ...if i get good rank in jee mains 2019 can i get top govt.colleges ?as they are asking for 75%....im gen

Your PCM aggregate score needs ro be more than 75% or either you can be in top 20 percentile of your board to be eligible for NITs, IIITs and GFTIs.
If you score within 20000 ranks you have fantastic chances for all top government colleges.
If your score in class12th is less you can appear for improvement exams in one or more where you feel you scored less.
