With that rank in JEE Mains, you might get some seat in the state counseling process. Also being from OBC category you might get some advantages. So please apply for the counseling process and try to get a seat. Also please attend the spot rounds.
You can get seats in private engineering colleges in Hyderabad which accept Jee main percentile. You might get top branches.
