Yes, As per the Rules You must have 75% in aggregate in five subjects, that Includes Physics, Mathematics and others as Mentioned by Yiu, therefore, You satisfy the eligibility criterion. You can take admission into NIT, IIT based upon Your rank in the JEE Main and Advanced.
