I am afraid a score of 186 in NEET UG is pretty low to secure you a seat in a government college for  BUMS course. However, you can try out for private colleges. Hsc marks don't matter first of all. You just need to get 50% or equivalent and above and that you have satisfied. Coming to your neet score, 186 is quite low and expecting a government college for BUMS at this marks is certainly very difficult. Also depends on the state you stay in. Kindly mention your state. But still most probably it's difficult. Atleast you need a 300+ score if you are from general category. You can even think of taking a drop and coming back with more number of marks next year.
