With the score you're mentioning you'll get a rank somewhere between 6100-7400. If you fall in OBC category then CNLU may be a little difficult to get even with a state domicile but you can certainly look for other NLUs like Shimla, Jabalpur, Cuttack, Kochi and Ranchi.
