Hope you are doing well.Based on your KCET rank it is not possible to get admission into any top colleges in Bangalore.Hence you need to join in private colleges like:

*CMR University,Bangalore

*Reva University,Bangalore

*NHCE,Bangalore

*Presidency university

These are some of possible universituniversities you may get admission into.

KCET (Karnataka Common Entrance Test)

unfortunately, you cannot get any seat through KCET Counseling. As per last year's cutoff and other statistics, the usual closing rank is around 20000.

Since your rank is very far from this rank, there are fewer chances of getting selected in even 2nd / 3rd round.
