I have got 83 percentile with 61000 JEE mains category rank. I want to take admission in government collage as per this rank.I am from Bihar

With this JEE main percentile and category rank you have zero chances of getting seat in any government colleges. Your category rank is too high. All the seats get filled up at around 50 k according to the CRL rank list
So please go for private engineering colleges in Bihar. Here's a list of them
