With the rank that you have provided, it seems very difficult for you to get any NIT/IIEST/GFTIs for the B.Arch degree.(in some cases home state quota can help you like if you are from himachal pradesh or chattisgarh, since those NITs have lower cutoff,check once in the link) There are two things you can now
1) Apply for various state level counselling which takes jee scores into consideration for admission and also apply for private colleges.
2) Also, you can take a drop for a year and appear next year to increase your percentile/rank to make you able to get a NIT/GFTI.
