Hi! Can you confirm if by JEE paper 2 you mean JEE Mains second attempt, which happened in September?

Assuming you mean that, yes! You will easily get admission in various NITs and other colleges in India in your category. You might not get the top NITs but you might still get some of the good NITs like MANIT, So go for the counselling and all the best!
