I have got 93.12 percentile in jee mains january and i belong to OBC will i get nit for IT OR CS? If i score more than 91% in boards(CBSE)

You can clear the jee mains and can appear for jee advanced, by this score, but this score isn't sufficient to get admission in nits(cse/it), but you may get admission in some gfti's and there is a chance to get in special round in newly established nits or your home state doesn't have heavy competition.
So try to participate In csab
Try to get a better score in jee mains 2 to get into a good college.

How much score is sufficient for getting a good nit for it or cs

Above 99 percentile to get in top nits
Above 97.8 to get in any one the nit
To get cse at iiitb: 180(around 9000 rank) is the cutoff.
To get cse at iiith: rank should be below 1000
