I have got 93.9 percentile in jee paper 2 and my rank under obc catogory is 4714.My 12 th overall percentage is 68.will i get good collages?

Sorry to inform you that you won't get admission in any IIT or NIT college because 75% in 12 boards are compulsory but can get admission ina goood private college
