You are having a good rank and so yes you can get admission in any NIT or IIIT though you will surely get cs branch is little difficult as for CSE branch cutoff goes very high . Considering your obc quota you are having chances of getting NIT or IIIT but CSE is tough as any other branches you may get. 

You can go through the previous years cutoff of CSE branch in various NIT's
