i have got 95.2 percentile in jee paper 2 and 90.4 percent in board exams ; is there a chance to get into spas or nits ?

95.2 percentile in Jee Main paper 2 means your expected rank would be around 5408. But if the number of candidates in September Session increases, your rank would also increase. You can predict your rank through our Rank Predictor Tool
Now for getting NIT or SPA, there are certain criteria to be checked- your category, if this is your home state or you are applying through All India Quota, the cutoffs will be different. You can expect NIT Hamirpur, Patna or Raipur if you have home state quota in any of these. Otherwise, it will be difficult to get any NITs as NIT seats are filled within 3000-3500 rank in All India quota, while the Cutoffs for School of Planning and Architecture are even higher. SPA Delhi seats close within 500 rank in general category, SPA Bhopal within 800. You can appear for the September session, can increase your score. Try to score at least 97.5 percentile in Paper 2 so that you can get into your desired college. You can check past few years' cutoffs here
