i have got 97.81 percentile in JEE mains 2020. In which government college i will get computer science

With this percentile (i.e., 97.81), you can expect your All India Rank to be around 19000-21000. However this is a decent rank and you have sufficient chances of getting Computer Science in decent government colleges. According to the last years' cutoff, you may get a seat in NIT Uttarakhand with CS branch.

With this much percentile, you can get CSE branch at some Institutes like NIT Nagaland, IIIT Pune, NIT manipur, IIIT bhopal, IIIT Nagpur, etc.
