Hello there,
With a percentile of 98.7% you can  easily get a seat in B arch in NIT Surathkal and many other top tier NIT colleges. You can also get b. Arch in top NIT such as NIT Trichy, NIT Kurukshetra and many others. Since have scored greater than 96% you can easily get b. Arch course in NIT Surathkal college.
