99.54 percentile is really a good score. At such a score you can get most of the NITs. At this percentile, your expected rank is about 4 thousand which is calculated by the method given by NTA that is

{100-(your percentile)}*8744.69

If you will look at the previous year cutoffs for the various NITs then leaving only a few prestigious NITs like MNIT, Allahabad and NIT, Trichy, you can get Computer Science in most of them especially in NIT, Kurukshetra.

If you are looking for ECE branch then congratulations you can get this branch in most of the good NITs.

With such percentile your all India rankings will be under 8000 which is very good rank to get admission in any premier institution.
