Hi prasanth , last year the candidate who got 9600 th rank got MD pharmacology in Madras medical college via all India quota .and seeing the previous year trend , it's not possible to get md general medicine in government colleges under general category via AIQ , but the candidate who got 9604th rank got MD.general medicine in SRM Chennai. So you can definitely get in private colleges in India. But if you have reservation like SC or ST and if you have domicile..you are most likely to get your desired field. It depends on that. So good luck buddy
