JNTU is one of the best colleges to persue engineering. If you have got ECE branch in the first counseling and you want to move to EEE , the only option you have, is to apply for second counselling and then opt for EEE in jntu. And the chances of you getting a EEE seat in your second counseling is pretty high. 

In some cases you can also approach the JNTU office and talk to them regarding your wish to change your branch.but this is mostly not possible.

hence i suggest you to participate in second counseling .
