i have got f grade in theory & a+ in practical & net grade is c in generic computer science then whether i am failing or passing my institution name is bharati college University of Delhi

Dear Darshika ,
If you are failing in your theory subject and pass with a+ grade in practical exam and net grade is c but if you are fail in theory subject then you failed in this subject Generic computer science .but you got good score in practical so you must be prepare for re-exam of theory subject and you dont need to prepare for practical exam and score will not changed in practical.
