In Order to get admission in NITs/ IIITs/ GFTIs you should have obtained a minimum of 75% marks in class 12 or equivalent exam or You must be in the top 20 percentile in your class 12 examination. For SC/ ST, the eligibility is to obtain a minimum of 65% marks in class 12 or equivalent.

Don't worry.These things don't matter.
When we were giving Jee Advance then also these things didn't matter,but things like Jee mains rank card,12th marksheet..etc were the only important documents that were used for appeearing in Jee Advance.
I think it's enough that you have scored more than 75% in your class 12th boards,noone will go such deep into this.
There is no one who looks whether you are in the top 20 %ile or not.
So don't worry.First prepare for Jee mains and then think for Jee advance.
After you clear Jee Advance with a decent rank,then automatically you will be getting admission in IIT's.
