If you are enquiring regarding Karnataka 2021 PGCET counselling then you cannot claim the previous seat allotment if you have selected choice 3. Choice 3 indicates that you are not satisfied with the seat allotment and you wish to participate in subsequent round to get seat in a better choice of institute. As you have selected choice 3 you can participate in second round and you wish to get seat in the previously allotted institute then you may modify the priority of the list of institutes. If there are vacant seats in that institute you might allotted seat in that institute. Seat allotment depends on the preferences of the candidates and seat availability so based on these factors you will be allotted seat in the second round of counselling.
