Hello Aspirant !!

There are only 581 seats in Haryana in MBBS for 85%state quota counselling , and 368 BDS seats under state quota.
I am sorry to say but with a state rank of 1130 , its not possible to get a government seat in Haryana .
You can try for private colleges in Haryana or go for AYUSH courses .
There is also mop up round where you may have some possibility of getting a seat but then to very little chances are there .
