For NEET 2019, You must have 60% Aggregate in PCB in class 12th If You belong to an unreserved category and 40% if You belong to an unreserved category, If You belong to an unreserved category then You are Not Eligible for NEET 2019, Coming to Your question about Expected changes in NEET, As per the trends in latest years organisers giving some focus on 12th percentage so it is difficult that they remove this because 60% is not very high, One thing you can do is again appear for 12th.
