To start with, you have chosen one of the 2 very good Universities for doing your CSE course. So just remember whichever Univeristy you chose they both are great in their own ways.

I’ll give you some pointers which should hopefully help you in your decision:

Alliance Univeristy offers 5 star rating and it’s student reviews are exceptional with that it offers an excellent infrastructure and it offers value for money admission and it’s placement opportunities with the companies are wonderful as well.

whereas, presidency Univeristy offers a similar placement opportunities with a good review & a strong background with the good companies participating in the placement programs, it is approved by AICTE and has an overall rating of 4.2.

Therefore, as I have mentioned above both the Universities are almost similar and offer wide variety of opportunities and scope and are an ideal place to study.
