Hello Aspirant,

Knock knees peoples are not eligible in IAF or coastguard due to the drenches and the dugouts made in the training are made for certain body structure also they have to run 5-10 kms a day so people having knock knees can't keep up due to their knees would touch each other and they may face problems. But Knock knees are sometimes curable you can go to an doctor if they say its curable then you can workout for it or have treatment. On the other if it is not curable its hard-luck but don't give other ways are waiting for you.

All the best!!

Hi,

A person having knock knees is not considered medically fit to join any of the branches of the army whether it is Air Force, Military or Navy. However, the army has different criteria to determine the knock knees. You can visit the nearby hospital to check about it. Also, you can do calf muscles strengthening exercises to cure the knock knees. There are many exercises available  by which you can cure them.
