I have left graduation after completing 1st year three years back and now I gave neet this year but I filled qualifying code 2 instead of 5,will there be any problem during counselling process because I have migration and tc from college ????

No, it won’t create a major problem. Since you left graduation after 1st year, you’re still considered a Class 12-qualified candidate, so Code 2 in NEET is acceptable.
However, during counselling or document verification, carry your migration certificate, TC, and 12th marksheet to clarify your academic status. You just need to explain that you discontinued graduation — this won’t affect your eligibility for MBBS admission.

No, there will not be any problem during counselling process even you filled qualifying code 2 instead of 5 because you did not finish graduation.
Your 12th marksheet matters the most for NEET. you just need to take your TC, migration, and 12th certificate for counselling.
