NO PROBLEM, YOU ONLY NEED TO SHOW THE ADHAR CARD NUMBER WHICH YOU UPDATED , IF BY ANY CHANCE ANY CONFLICT EXIST FILE AN AFFIDEVIT AND EVERYTHING WILL BE SORTED.

Yes you can show the hard copy of the Aadhar for the entrance exam
But make sure you get the Aadhar card as early as possible
