Hello Veeresha,in case you have lost you admission card,don't worry the results have not been announced yet and the date have been extended.Also you have a plenty of time to search and to check tbe results you need the roll number which is also provided in the application form.So you can definiterly go for application form.I repeat,application form and admit card are two different things.
