It seems that you must have used another mobile number and e-mail ID to apply for two upcoming sessions because with same application number no two numbers can be registered and if this is not so then there is nothing to worry because registration number might vary with the sessions but application number, mobile number and E-mail ID should be same for complete JEE-Main 2021.

Now if you have made two application with different application numbers then what you can do is withdraw your application for upcoming two sessions and the amount will be refunded after the JEE-Main 2021 gets over and then you can make modifications in your earlier JEE-Main 2021 Application and can add the upcoming attempts in it and then you have to pay for them.

Kindly note that you have to finalize your application forms by July 8th for JEE-Main session-3 and from July 9th-12th for JEE-Main session-4.
