No not kind of major problem you will gonna face but yaah inorder to cure these kind of issues. You can prepare a affidavit for it from the court such that you can't able to face these type of issue during the time of counselling.

No such problem detected although yoh cn produce ID Proof for your parnets to determine exact names and remove any such obstacles.
Make sure whatever you fillup in application form only that b eproduced as documents fpr Verification.
