After the first round of counseling, if you have put your options on float then you will be eligible for 2nd round where you will get the seat as per your rank list, filled choices, and availability of seats. in case you want to accept the seat then freeze your options and pay the fees at the allotted college as soon as possible and confirm your seat.

You need to freeze or float your choices as per your need. with the option of flote you will be directly eligible for your further round counseling, and with the option of floating, you will be allowed the current seat in the college.
