I have not applied for mhtcet though I am maharastrian,can I get admission by giving jee mains in colleges based in pune

Yes, you can apply for colleges in Maharashtra through JEE mains marks even if you are from Maharashtra or not. every college has their own cut off range for all branches and some colleges do required jee advance marks as well. and so many colleges are taking admission through jee mains only.
so you can take admission in colleges of Maharashtra.
