Hello,

Yes,you can apply for NEET

there is no requirement of uploading of marksheet and also there is no any necessity to upload the details of class 11th because it is optional

Filling of academic details of class XI are not mandatory. Soeven if you don't have your XI marksheet your application form for NEET Phase-2 will be submitted without any problem and your result will be declared.

YES, you can give NEET UG exam, as they don't ask 11th marksheet. They ask about 10th standard and 12th standard marksheet and percentage. So, you can give NEET exam easily.
