i have not cleared cut off as i got 88.93 percentile in jee main in general category how can i apply for government colleges on basis of jee percentile can i have a chance to get a nit

Sorry to say it is not possible to get a seat in govt. colleges if do not clear the cutoff for JEE Main 2020. However you may opt for private colleges all over India. Please do mention your home state and it will be easier for us to recommend colleges for you.
