if you have not recieved a final status update through AIIMS for your application number try refreshing your email & checking because that is only possible if the registeration has not been done properly .

since the date for basic registeration is till 14th january try registering again or wait for the email but do this fast .

You must have recieved the confirmation email of your form.Aiims always sends the confirmation email.May be you haven't submitted the correct form or else there may be any discrepancy in AIIMS site.Try filling the form once more with the same details if it says that the information has been entered already by somebody,it will make you sure that your form has been submitted.Contact AIIMS site for the confirmation email.Hope this helps you.

Here's what you need to know :
AIIMS, New Delhi has started the basic registration process of AIIMS 2019 application form for MBBS course on November 30, 2018. Candidates can check the link here to fill the application form. The last date to complete the basic registration is January 3, 2019. This year, the process to fill AIIMS application form 2019 has been changed as the Prospective Applicants Advanced Registration (PAAR) facility has been introduced. AIIMS MBBS application form process 2019 will be divided into two steps Basic Registration and Final Registration. The final registration process of AIIMS application form will start on February 21, 2019. During the basic registration process of AIIMS application form, aspirants need to fill their personal details, contact details and upload the scanned images of passport size photograph, signature and left-hand thumb impression. While, in the final registration, the remaining details such as qualification details, payment, city choice and printout of the registration form will be done.
