I have not got seat in AIQ by applying for 1st round of counselling but money has not been refunded yet when will be refunded plz reply sir

Hello PV Raju.
The refund process is going on and the servers are slow so they are taking time to process the refunds.
I guess by December everyone will get their refunds. Still I would suggest you ti write a mail to the mci and cbse and ask regarding the same.
