I have not prepared yet,would i got 250 marks in jee main in 4 days if i starts my preparation from now?

That is very hard.
To score such good marks is very hard by studying only for 4 days.
Still I suggest you to quickly glance over important topics which are mostly asked in previous papers.

Though focus on chemistry more to score good.
Atleast remember basic formulas in physics and mathematics.
