Like you mentioned ,you have secured 519 marks in NEET exam and belong to general category, but you haven't mentioned you have state quota or not .I'll mention both the scenarios to you .
To get admission in North Eastern Indira Gandhi Regional Institute of Health Sciences ,Shillong lst year's cutoff was as following-
If Having State Quota-479 marks
If no state quota-543 marks
