I have one year gap between 10th and 11th and one year gap between 12th and btech, am I elegible for different PSU in India?

Gap years are never an issue for getting a job in PSUs, you are definitely eligible to get a job in PSUs. You need to score good in B.Tech and you will get a job in PSU.

Yes definitely you are eligible .
But you must pass all the levels of schooling and also contain BTech degree if you want to get into psu.
If have done all these then you are definitely eligible.
All you need to do is to excel in your BTech course and get good cgpa and then clear the entrance exam .
Then you can easily get into psu.
